Smart Works was founded in 2013, and has reached 50,000 women across our 10 centres nationwide, 10,000 of whom were seen in the last year. Smart Works exists to bring about positive change for women in disadvantaged circumstances, breaking the cycle of poverty and confidence-loss caused by unemployment.

Our dressing and coaching service enables women to overcome these complex barriers, empowering them with the practical skills and confidence needed to succeed at interview and go on to transform the trajectory of their lives through sustainable and meaningful employment. We are proud that 68% of our clients secure a job after their visit to Smart Works.
