Women in Utilities Awards 2026 takes place on
​​​​​​​3 July at City Central at the HAC

City Central at the HAC is located at Chiswell St. London EC1Y 4TW

You can get there by tube or taxi: 

Tube: Moorgate is the nearest underground station and is a very short walk from the venue. Moorgate is served by the Northern, Metropolitan, Hammersmith and City and Circle lines.

Exit the station on to City Road and head towards Finsbury Square and Old Street. At the crossroads turn left on to Chiswell Street and on the right there is a short road called Finsbury Street. At the end of that road you will see the entrance to the venue.

Taxi: Taxis should drop guests off on Chiswell Street and then guests can walk down Finsbury Street to the venue entrance.

​​​​​​​Please note, there will be our own private entrance off Chiswell Street, so keep an eye out for WIUA branding!

Useful information:

Dress code: Your Summery Best/ Business Casual

Lunch menu: Your three-course lunch will consist of a seasonal starter, main, and desert. The full menu will be shared with guests prior to the ceremony. If you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know when completing your guest information. 

Table packages: All guests' tickets include: 

  • Access to arrival drinks reception (non-alcoholic options available)
  • Three-course awards lunch
  • Coffee & petit fours
  • Awards presentation hosted by a high-profile presenter
  • After show entertainment and party
  • Half a bottle of wine per person

As mentioned above, non-alcoholic drinks are available during the drinks reception and on tables. If you wish to swap out a further bottle of wine for non-alcoholic beverages, please speak to your waiting staff. 

Further beverages are available to purchase from the bar or via your waiter on the evening. 

Seating plan: Please look out for the large plasma screens in the foyer which will display your name and table number.

Cloakroom: The cloakroom is located on the right hand side of the entrance.

At the event & code of conduct: If we reasonably consider your behaviour or that of any of your guests is inappropriate, disruptive, offensive, dangerous or illegal, we may ban you or them from further participation in the Event without a refund and ask you or them to leave the Event and/or the premises.
